Giffnock Loft Conversion with Double Dormers
THE PROBLEM
The family required significant additional living space, including bedrooms and multi-use areas, within the existing footprint of the home. Minimizing disruption to family life during the build was also a key priority.
THE SOLUTION
A loft conversion was completed in Giffnock to fully maximise the unused roof space. The new layout delivered additional children’s bedrooms, a master bedroom with en-suite, as well as a home office and playroom. Throughout the project, Gla Lofts maintained a strong focus on quick, efficient work with minimal impact on daily family life.
THE RESULT
The completed conversion transformed the home by unlocking substantial new living space within the existing structure while maintaining comfort throughout the build. The result is a highly functional and well-designed upper level that meets the family’s needs now and into the future, all delivered with minimal disruption.
