Rear Dormer Conversion with Re-Roof and Velux Windows
THE PROBLEM
This Netherlee home needed more space and a refreshed roof structure. The existing loft lacked headroom, and the roofing materials were beginning to show their age.
THE SOLUTION
GLA Lofts carried out a full re-roof with new soffits and fascia, alongside a rear dormer extension and two Velux windows. These upgrades allowed us to create two bright, generously sized bedrooms and modernise the external appearance of the home.
THE RESULT
The house now benefits from a revitalised exterior and a new, comfortable upper level. The work was completed to a high standard and is now ready for decorating. The project gave the family the space they needed and a roof that will stand the test of time.
