Kingspark Loft Conversion with New Roof and Multiple Velux Windows
THE PROBLEM
The homeowners wanted to maximise unused loft space to create additional rooms, including bedroom accommodation and a small en-suite, while keeping disruption to family life to an absolute minimum during the build.
THE SOLUTION
A full loft conversion was completed in Kingspark, including a full new roof and the supply and installation of five Velux windows to flood the space with natural light. A seven-kite winder staircase provided safe and efficient access, while the layout incorporated a small en-suite toilet, fitted wardrobes, and practical eaves storage. The project was delivered quickly and efficiently, in line with Gla Lofts’ emphasis on minimal disruption.
